A bit of history…

I was born in Arizona in 1985, raised in a small mountain town, among a very traditional middle-class family with gardens and animals in our backyard and a lot of wild nature all around us. In 2009, at the age of 24, I came to the Big Island where I learned more about how to take care of the land, and then how to let it take care of me. Through many stages of refinement, detox, shedding patterns and stories I have learned that everything is alive and electric, plants are charged with electricity and grounded through the roots. I have learned the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and clear communication. I have learned in depth about plants, their functions and how to utilize them. I have extensive knowledge in how to nurture, communicate, and propagate these plants. I have learned the growth patterns of each plant and how each grow in varying conditions. Through this journey I have become a Carpenter, an Arborist, a Nursery man, a Dancer, a Singer and a very skilled Fixer of things. I love life and would love to spread my joy by sharing knowledge and plants to everyone I'm able. I have been given the gift of experiencing this clear connection with nature, and I am choosing to share it.
